My Story

Been There, Done That (and Learned a Lot): 23 Years Navigating the Wild West of Alternative Healthcare

I'm not your average "been there, done that" professional. Sure, I've clocked in 20+ years in the healthcare industry, rode the HIPAA roller coaster since its inception, then the electronic billing evolution (and tribulations including the recent ChangeHealthcare nightmare), the ever-evolving landscape of digital health records, and keeping the practice successful through COVID. I have managed multiple locations, started and ended other professional and paraprofessional contracts, built a new facility, sold a practice, closed a practice, and bought a practice. But for me, that's just the foundation.

I thrive on thinking differently. It's what allows me to see beyond the "crazy stuff" to craft solutions that truly work for my clients. Think of me as your healthcare problem solving productivity ninja, with a twist of innovation. No matter the challenge, I've likely seen it (or something close enough!) and tackled it head-on.
